Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Mathematical Intelligence Platform ("Platform" or "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"), including the Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and NinePlus Commercial LLC ("MIP," "we"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Use on behalf of an entity binds that entity.

Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain states) and capable of forming a binding contract. Minors require parental consent. MIP may restrict access for compliance with COPPA/FERPA.
License Grant We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Prohibited:

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Service;
Commercial use, resale, or bulk extraction;
Uploading harmful code or infringing content. All intellectual property (e.g., AI algorithms, question banks) is owned by MIP and protected under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C.).

User Content You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., study notes), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it for service provision. You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights. MIP may remove violating content.
Prohibited Conduct

Interfering with the Service (e.g., DDoS attacks);
Violating U.S. laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act for emails);
Misusing educational data under FERPA. We may monitor for compliance and take action, including termination.

Fees and Payment Services may require payment via third parties (e.g., Stripe). You agree to their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew; see Refund Policy for cancellations. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% monthly.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties (express or implied). MIP disclaims liability for interruptions or inaccuracies. Educational content is not professional advice. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months. No consequential damages.
Indemnification You indemnify MIP against claims arising from your use, content, or violations of these Terms or U.S. laws.
Termination We may suspend/terminate access for violations without notice. Upon termination, you must cease use. Sections on ownership, liability, and indemnification survive.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by California law (without choice-of-law rules), with disputes resolved in San Francisco courts (venue exclusive). Arbitration may apply under AAA rules for certain claims.
Changes We may update Terms with notice (e.g., email). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
