All products sold by NINEPLUS COMMERCIAL LLC are digital educational materials delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

• You have NOT opened or viewed the product file

• The customer has a history of excessive refund requests

6. Chargeback Policy

IMPORTANT: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us directly is considered a violation of these terms. Chargebacks for digital products that have been successfully delivered and accessed may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Ban from future purchases
• Legal action to recover costs and damages
• Reporting to fraud prevention databases

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
